Summer Wednesday Night Schedule

Here’s a quick look at our Wednesday night schedule for the summer

In June and July, we’ll be taking a break from Wednesday night meals, but we’ll still have Bible studies and Adventure Island for kids (K-completed through 5th grade).

Students will enjoy activities like serve days, dodgeball, and worship nights.

Starting June 25, Dr. Bill Hardin will lead our Summer Adult Bible Study Series: Joy for the Journey - A Study in Philippians.
Dr. Hardins study in Philippians
Philippians: The Sunshine LetterThousands of people make an annual pilgrimage to the Sunshine State of Florida for a few days to
unwind and recharge their batteries. It would seem we are naturally drawn to sandy beaches and
surreal views of sunrises and sunsets. We know the benefits of a healthy exposure to sunlight.
Likewise, we are drawn to people who are described as having sunny personalities.
They are known for being genuinely encouraging and it can be an uplifting experience to profit from
their energy. We even will seek out these people when life seems to spiral out of control.

The book of Philippians in the New Testament can be understood best as a message of hope,
enthusiasm and encouragement. Like the sun, the truths and tone of Philippians will brighten your
perspective on life and fill your soul with immeasurable joy. It is indeed the Sunshine Letter that
can become a reservoir of inspiration when we need help in challenging circumstances.

16 Min Of Prayer
Join us every Wednesday night (starting August 7) for a powerful 16 minutes dedicated to prayer as a church family. Before we do anything else, from 5:39 to 5:55 PM, we'll gather together in the Worship Center to pray before our evening activities begin. We will provide self-guided prayer prompts suitable for all ages, to help you focus during this time.

We are committing to pray with hearts of expectation for our church body on Sundays, for the Lord to work in the heart of Madison and beyond, and to use His Church, for His Glory. You can come early if you want, but for those 16 minutes, we want the whole church to pray together.

Rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. – 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Let’s come together to support one another and strengthen our bonds as a praying church family.
