This year, Vacation Bible School is about more than what happens on our campus. As a church family, we're partnering with our ministry partners in New York City to help provide school supplies for children and families experiencing homelessness.

Throughout VBS week, our kids will learn about this ministry opportunity and have the chance to give toward this mission effort. But this isn't just a project for children. We're inviting our entire church family to participate alongside them.

How It Works

Rather than collecting physical school supplies, we will be collecting financial donations through the VBS Missions Offering.

Every dollar given will be used to purchase school supplies through our ministry partners and trusted supplier network. This allows supplies to be purchased in bulk, shipped efficiently, and distributed directly to the children and families who need them most.

How to Give

Giving is simple.

During VBS week, visit FBCMadison.org/Give and select "VBS Offering" from the giving dropdown menu.

You can give at any time throughout the week and help provide school supplies that will be distributed through our ministry partners in New York City.

Why This Matters

For many children, receiving school supplies is about more than notebooks and pencils. It's a reminder that someone cares, that they are seen, and that they are loved.

Through this partnership, we have the opportunity to support families in practical ways while helping open doors for gospel conversations and ongoing ministry.

As our children learn about missions during VBS, our church family can join them in making a tangible impact beyond Madison and helping share the love of Christ with families in another community.
