Praises and Prayer Requests

  • Pam Chustz – Continue to pray for my dad, Bob Keyes, going through chemo for multiple myeloma.
  • Judy DeLoach – The most recent PET scan for Walter showed a second spot of cancer in his liver. Please pray that the new treatment will wipe out these spots and keep his liver clear.
  • Helen Mixon – Pray that my house sells.
  • Ruth Keyes – Our 7-year-old grandson, David, has been diagnosed with autism.  His older brother James (age 12) also has neurological issues! Please pray for the parents, Sam and Gretchen!  
  • Rob Robbins - Doing well with rehab.
  • Martha Morgan, our flute player - Looks like I will be having surgery on Nov. 13 in Birmingham. A huge improvement in the procedure since 2017. I drive, or Starkey drives me, on Thursday. Nov. 13. have the surgery and drive home. No lying flat, no restrictions when I get home and follow up by my doctor here in Ridgeland. Can't wait!
  • Lauren Martin – **My mom, Janet Gober, will be leaving tomorrow thru Sunday for a trip. **My husband, Brock Martin, will be leaving Sunday thru Friday for a business conference. ***Protection over them both as they travel.
  • Nancy Riser – Will have knee replacement surgery on October 15.
  • Josh Kastner – My sister had to go back to the doctor today due to the blood pressure issue. She’s having a real bad headache and blurred vision. They put her on some new medicine so pray that it will work and God will bring her some comfort.
  • Bill Westerfield - Debbie’s mother, Carolyn Ruff, had carotid artery surgery Tuesday morning. She had an 85% blockage. Please pray for her recovery. May it be the Lord’s will.
