• Tanya Tichy – 1. Janis Blair – PET scan Friday to see if chemo is working to clear cancer in colon, lungs & esophagus. 2. Debbie Adams – son passed away, Please pray for his wife and young children.
• Selby Boothe – My parents’ friend, her sister-in-law unexpectedly passed away recently. Please pray for family and friends.
• Jeff Styres - Jeff’s dad  blacked out going into 2nd service and broke his hip yesterday. Surgery is scheduled for early this week. Please pray because they are still waiting in the ER at UMMC and awaiting next steps with hip surgery.
• Greg Kinsley - Please pray for my Mom. She had a stroke Wednesday. They are planning an MRI for today to determine the extent.  Pray also for my family as there will be some tough decisions to make. Thank you for your prayers. UPDATE: We moved her to the new Baptist Rehab on the Parkway yesterday. She started rehab today. Mostly evaluations. Hope to know more of their plan tomorrow.
• Sharon Robinson - He had to have surgery again due to the infection and will need to be on IV antibiotics for 6 weeks. He is responding to the antibiotics, and the Doctors are looking at transferring him to a skilled nursing facility in several days. (If one becomes available) We have had so many prayers answered, so continue to pray for the infection to completely be gone, and that he will get stronger each day.
• Jeff Styres’ father had complications with the hip surgery and is now on a vent. The drs are discussing next steps. UPDATE: Jeff’s father, Rufus: He's in a regular room now, but still very weak. He really cannot go to any type of rehab until he builds a little bit more strength. They tried to sit him up on the side of the bed yesterday and today and he really can't even do that.
• Clara Walker - Kenneth, Clara’s husband, has been diagnosed with cancer. The dr feels that it is very treatable and can stop the spread. This is a shock to the both of them and their family.
• Lorie Hanson - Continue to pray for healing.
• Mindy Cobb – Fell Sunday and fractured bone in knee, waiting for scan.
• Pam Chustz - PRAISE -  Released from treatment. Cancer free!!!!
• Stephanie Guidry – Unspoken Work related
• **Laura Leslie Stewart – My brother-in-law’s colon cancer has returned, spread to his liver. He has just started treatments. Please pray for them as they navigate this new normal.
• **Scottie went to the ER this morning with chest pains and discomfort and ended up having another stent put in. He just got to a room and will be staying overnight at Baptist. Please pray for Scottie! Pray for healing and recovery! UPDATE: Got home about noon today everything went well. I had 90% blockage against another stent that was placed about 3 1/2 years ago in my LAD. All good for now!!!
• **Christi Wall - Mother will be having a plasma exchange procedure at the end of the month/beginning of September.  Please pray for her body to be able to manage the stress this will bring over the next few weeks as well as while she is hospitalized for the procedure.
