Good Friday: 6:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 & 10:30 AM

Good Friday Service • 6:30 PM

This Night of Worship is a reminder of the immeasurable depth of God’s love—a love that transcends all things. During "Shadow of the Cross," we'll immerse ourselves in the profound message of God's love through scripture, music led by our Celebration Choir and Orchestra, the observance of the Lord's Supper, and special guest artist, Brian Keith Daniel, who will lead us visually to the foot of the cross.
It's a time to journey through the week leading up to the cross, encountering the incredible sacrifice of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Join us as we enter into this powerful experience of worship and reflection. Let the Shadow of the Cross be a beacon of hope and a reminder of the enduring love that shapes our faith journey.

What Is a Worship Service Like?

Dr. Breck Ladd preaches Gospel-based messages during Worship Service, which revolves around the profound joy of worshiping Jesus Christ, our Lord. Our services have a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere that combines traditional hymns, modern hymns, and praise music. The use of a variety of instruments adds a rich and diverse layer to our worship experience. Whether it's through timeless hymns or contemporary melodies, our Worship Service is a dynamic expression of heartfelt devotion and spiritual connection.

What Do I Wear?

Traditionally, many of our members choose to wear their Sunday best, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable in your attire and ready to worship with us.

What Do You Offer for Kids?

Nursery

Rest assured, we offer a safe and nurturing nursery environment. Our trained and compassionate adults oversee each class, providing exceptional Christ-centered teaching and care for infants through pre-kindergarten during our services. Security is paramount to us - all volunteers undergo background checks, and we have a secure child check-in process for our Preschool & Children Building.

Sunday School

At 9:00 & 10:30 am, we host age-appropriate classes that prioritize quality teaching and warm guidance. Our goal is to make every visit special for your child. We cultivate an engaging and interactive space where kids enjoy crafts, playtime, and captivating stories about a loving God who cherishes them.

Blessed Uniquely

Are you a parent seeking support for childcare options tailored to children with special needs? Our "Blessed Uniquely" program, is available during the second service at 10:30 AM. Many families in our church and community encounter challenges attending worship due to children who may struggle to sit through the service. If you have a child and are interested in participating in this program, please reach out to Billy Hollingsworth at bhollingsworth@fbcmadison.org.

How Do I Connect with a Bible Fellowship Group?

Bible Fellowship Groups offer a unique opportunity to engage with other Christians. Groups offer a supportive environment for spiritual growth, friendship, and an understanding of the Bible among like-minded believers.
