Getting Started

When you first download and open the FBC Madison app, you’ll be asked to enter your email address. Be sure to use the same email you’ve already shared with the church, the one you receive church emails and notifications through. After entering your email, you’ll receive a confirmation code to verify your account and log in. Once that’s complete, you’ll be ready to explore the app and all the ways it helps you stay connected at FBC Madison.

App FAQs

Do I need a TouchPoint account to use the app?
Yes. TouchPoint is your church profile and is what personalizes your app experience. The more up to date your information is, the more relevant content, features, and connections you’ll see inside the app. Think of it as the foundation that helps the app serve you better.
Why don’t I see certain channels or groups in my app or directory?
Your app experience is based on your TouchPoint involvements (such as Bible Fellowship Groups, ministries, or teams you’re part of). Because of that, not everyone will see the same channels or groups. As your involvement grows, your app experience will grow with it.
Can I use the app to check in my family?
Yes, but not just yet. Pre-check-in is coming soon. Once it’s live in the next few weeks, you’ll see the option on your home screen. You’ll be able to check in your family from your phone, receive a QR code, and scan it at a kiosk to print name tags and complete check-in quickly and easily.
Can I give through the app?
Yes. The Giving section lets you make one-time gifts, set up recurring giving, view your giving history, and access your giving statements, all in one place.
